kinda like the apartment we first lived in in Sequim....but at least that had a few windows. I NEED sunlight coming in! And it's hot inside and outside. Jack has a heat rash from being inside near a fan so I don't want to take him outside.
I don't know if my mental health can survive 9 months of basement living.

You're right - it feels different. It's hard to know what time of day it is! Look forward to not-so-hot days when you can escape outside, or maybe an evening walk:)
