We are finally starting to get over our sickness. Jack had a fever for a few days after his vomiting episode and a nasty cough and runny nose. Claire had a cough and then the other night started screaming that her ear hurt. Apparently she had a pretty bad ear infection....our first one ever. But, today has been better. No fever and not much coughing and snot :) Plus, Brian has all the flooring laid down, now he has to do transitions and floor boards. He is not too excited.
I forgot to say that I took Claire to the doctor the other day for her 4 year check up. She was NOT excited to go at ALL. She did great though once we were there. She is so teeny tiny. 34% for height and 7% for weight. And for her BMI? She is in the 3rd percentile. The doctor told me she was borderline for them to be worried and to feed her more peanut butter :) But really, that's all she eats for lunches....
I also took her last Saturday on a date. Claire LOVES dates! We got dressed up and went to BYU and saw Fancy Nancy and Other Story Books on stage. It was so fun to do. Brian thought it was funny we got dressed up but let me tell you, it was nothing compared to some of the other girls there. Full face of make up and everything. Claire had a great time. And then we went to the creamery and got icecream and sat under a tree and watched a rousing game of ultimate Frisbee. I love doing dates with Claire because she chatters away the whole time. We need to do them more often!!
